"I don't just help people grow. I help people recognize that who they are is already more than enough."
— Regina KynardRegina Kynard sits at a rare intersection: the strategic rigor of an HR professional and the deep humanity of a coach, author, and mental health specialist who has navigated real loss while continuing to lead. Her approach — which she calls Structure and Soul — is the belief that sustainable leadership requires both organizational strategy and human healing.
With a Master in Liberal Studies, QMHS certification, and experience spanning HR management, life and career coaching, published authorship, and award-winning research, Regina brings credentials and lived expertise that few practitioners hold together. She creates spaces where people — emerging leaders, women, college students, and entire organizations — move from stuck to forward.
She is the 2024 Graduate Research Presentation Winner from the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Ohio Chapter for her research on BIPOC communities, a selected presenter at the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity (NCORE), and a recipient of the Woman of Service award presented by Warren AME Church and the University of Toledo. She serves on multiple nonprofit boards, facilitates empowerment workshops with young girls, and has built a body of work across leadership development, personal empowerment, and grief-informed practice.

Grief · Loss · Resilience
Written from inside grief — not from the other side of it. After devastating personal loss, Regina wrote this book not because she had figured grief out, but because she hadn't. A book that gives others permission to grieve out loud.
